SAINEE P. - EXECUTIVE CHEF & OWNER
Sainee had started nurturing her culinary skill since her childhood. She got influenced from her own home kitchen watching her mom and grand mom cooking.
Once she moved into USA, she had a vision of delivering her home food in a unique and classic way among the people here who wants to taste some authentic Bengali Cuisine in comfort and traditional style. Growing up in the Gastronomical capital (Kolkata) of the country (India), she has evolved her cooking style for several years, by which you can easily distinguish any dish with a mesmerizing blend of house spices, precision cuts and a pallet full of warmth and love for the food.
Cooking is her passion, but she loves to cook when there is a Tagore music running in the background.
SABYA P. - MARKETING MANAGER - PIC
Sabya works in the background of the entire show. He also comes with unique culinary skill and often works as a sous chef. But mostly he takes care of marketing, logistics, inventory management, Digital branding and Quality Control.
He is Serve safe certified, looks after the Quality ingredients and takes the charge of delivering food to the customers maintaining all health codes.
He loves seafood, loves to spend entire day in water catching fishes.
